Robin and I had the most excellent experience at the 2008 Park City Academy HUNT. Although we didn't know the mountain well that didn't stop us from feeling like we were participating in a real-life scavenger hunt. We had a great time looking at the map and trying to find the clues! We also found the competitive spirit of the game to be thrilling. It is a wonderful charity event, which benefits a great cause, and we have encouraged all our friends and family to join us in the 2009 Park City Academy HUNT. Crossing the finish line with my six-year-old son is a memory he and I get to share for the rest of our lives. |
Last year was my first time to participate in "The Hunt". I thought it ran smoothly! Everyone was on top of their game! It was an awesome experience last year and hopefully if I get to do it again, Mr. O and I will cream Ms. Shafe and Mr. Nuetzel! Cari Zylstra and I were so intent on winning this event that we even hiked halfway up the mountain and I got stuck in the snow. Even though we didn’t win the event we both won some great prizes at the auction afterward. It was really fun and I am planning on it for next year!!! |
